For the most part, it’s pretty easy to spot. To check if there’s moisture that managed to sneak itself into the powder, there’s going to be evident wet clumps.
When this happens, you need to throw it away – don’t risk your digestive system. Despite it’s before its designated expiry date, moisture automatically kills it.
You can also tell by its smell – like what we mostly do with our food. If you notice that there’s a strange odor coming out, don’t second guess. Just throw it out.
