But it’s actually pretty cool, and it’s more factual than you think that it is. There’s an awesome study being done at The Salk Institute. It has been said that the more hours we put in awake, the more calories we tend to consume.

This has been published in the journal Diabetes. While sleeping, if we let our air conditioner to keep on blasting, it can kill off our belly fat while we’re going to a deep sleep.
Colder temperatures are pretty nice for increasing the effectiveness of our brown fat reserves. For the people who have a bit more meat to love, the fat keeps your warm.
In the study, the respondents were asked to sleep in a variety of bedrooms with different temperatures. So there were three – a normal 75 degrees, a pretty cool 66 degrees, and lastly, a balmy 81 degrees.
When the participants were asked to sleep for a couple of weeks in the 66 degrees room, their volumes of brown fat increased. With that in mind, it has been shown that they lost belly fat during their stay.

We all know how the popular saying goes “Count the sheep” to make you fall asleep. But don’t do that, instead of counting sheep, why not try eating turkey instead?

Connect two and two together, serotonin comes from whole-grain carbs. You really don’t have to eat carbs before going to sleep, consuming complex carbohydrates anytime within the day is pretty accurate.

So yeah, if your body is still on the job, it affects your sleeping pattern as well. This might take a couple of hours before you can get your time-reduced sleep.
Since you don’t feel well-rested, you have to load up your body with energy by munching on calorie-dense food. It would be best for you to eat dinner at smaller portions, just like with your breakfast and lunch.
For the people who have their own dinner schedules, it would be best to try to eat one hour before you plan to sleep. Of course, this should be kept in an average to small portions.
